RETURN POLICY If you are not completely satisfied with your new product, you can request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days from the date of shipment of your order. We do not accept returns if an RMA (return merchandise authorization) is not requested within 30 days from the date of the shipment. In the rare event a customer receives a defective item they are to contact the manufacturer for warranty information. The Manufacturer's contact information is included with the item.
You must contact us for an RMA, (return merchandise authorization) at returns@dogcollarelectric.com before returning your merchandise back to Dog Collar Electric.
We do not accept any packages without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Your email should contain the name the order was placed under, the invoice number and the item you would like to return. You will receive a response with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return instructions within 24 hours except on weekends.
ALL original materials must be included in you return. The cost of any materials NOT included will be deducted from the refund.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Items shipped under our FREE Shipping offer will be charge the cost of shipping the order to you.
Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the factory sealed original packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our returns specialists.
Returns must be received within 14 days from the date the RMA is issued.
Partial returns and/or damages will NOT receive a full credit. Items damaged through "wear and tear" or due to return shipping damage will receive PARTIAL or NO CREDIT at the discretion of Electronic Pet Products, Inc.
If the item returned is NOT new as shipped, free of pet hair, debris and/or odor, your refund will be less than the original charge to you or no refund.
Any FREE Items not included with your return will be charged full price
